Article 2 — Scope
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to every purchase of digital products via the website www.medericmindbody.com. This includes digital guides and workbooks in PDF format, and web applications (Progressive Web Apps).
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
Article 3 — Products and delivery
The following digital products are covered by these terms:
Nervous System Guide: From surviving to truly living. A digital workbook in PDF format. After payment, the buyer receives the product as a direct download and by email. There is no physical delivery.
Nervous System Toolkit. A digital web application (Progressive Web App) with somatic exercises and audio guidance. After payment, the buyer receives an access link by email. The toolkit runs in the browser and can be installed as an app on the phone. There is no physical delivery.
Bundle: Guide + Toolkit. A combination of both products above. Delivery follows the methods described per product.
All products are delivered as described on the sales page. The content is exclusively educational in nature.
Article 4 — Price and payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT. These are one-time purchases. There are no recurring costs or subscriptions.
Payment is processed via Stripe (stripe.com). Available payment methods include credit card and Bancontact. The buyer receives a confirmation email upon successful payment.
Current prices are listed on the sales page of each product.
Article 5 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (WER), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and their acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
The buyer expressly agrees to this when completing the order. After downloading the product or receiving the access link, a refund is not possible.

All content of the products, including texts, audio recordings, design and the ARL framework (Activate, Regulate, Liberate), is the property of Mederic Delvaulx / Mederic MindBody and protected by copyright.
The products are intended exclusively for the personal use of the buyer. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, resell, publish or share the products in whole or in part with third parties, in any form whatsoever, without the prior written consent of Mederic MindBody.
Article 7 — Disclaimer
The content of the products is exclusively educational and informational in nature. The exercises are based on Somatic Experiencing and Polyvagal Theory, but do not replace professional medical, psychological or therapeutic guidance.
Use the products at your own responsibility. Stop an exercise if you feel overwhelmed. In case of serious symptoms, trauma or crisis, it is recommended to contact a doctor or qualified healthcare professional. In case of acute distress: call 1813 (Suicide Prevention Line Belgium, 24/7) or 112.
Mederic MindBody is not liable for any damage resulting from the application of the information contained in the products.
Article 8 — Privacy and data protection
The personal data collected during the purchase (email address, payment details) are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com). Mederic MindBody does not store credit card or bank account details.
Email addresses are processed by MailerLite (mailerlite.com) for product delivery and, if the buyer has given consent, for sending newsletters.
The Nervous System Toolkit stores progress (favourites, completed exercises, streaks) locally in the browser via localStorage. This data is not sent to our servers and is not accessible by us.

Article 9 — Availability and updates
The Nervous System Toolkit is a web application that runs in the browser. We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee this. Maintenance or updates may temporarily interrupt access.
We reserve the right to improve, adjust or expand the content of the products.
Article 10 — Complaints
For complaints or questions about a purchase, the buyer can contact us at info@medericmindbody.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved mutually, the consumer may contact the Consumer Ombudsman Service (www.consumentenombudsdienst.be) or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Article 11 — Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Leuven, Belgium.
