About Mederic

For years, I lived disconnected from my body, until panic attacks forced me to listen. What began as a search for calm led me through India, Nepal, and Portugal, where I immersed myself in yoga, meditation and somatic therapy. Today, I guide others on that same path: back to the body, to nervous system regulation, and strengthen your connection to yourself.
