What Makes My Sessions Different

🧘 Hatha Yoga with somatic attention

Accessible Hatha yoga that challenges you without overwhelming. We combine powerful yet achievable poses with deep body awareness. Every movement pays attention to your nervous system and helps you become both stronger and more relaxed.

What you experience:

  • Orientation and meditation to fully come home to yourself

  • Warm-up to awaken your body

  • Pranayama (breathing exercises) that regulate your nervous system

  • Asanas (postures) that move different parts of your body

  • Yoga Nidra with singing bowls and kochi chimes for deep guided relaxation

🎵 Therapeutic Soundbaths

60 minutes of pure receiving. Sound bowls, Tinza's and Kochi chimes create vibrations that remind your cells of their natural rest. You don't have to do anything except lie down and receive.

What happens:

  • Guided meditation for deep relaxation

  • Alpha and theta brain waves are stimulated

  • Body awareness without effort

  • Tension release at cellular level

🌊 Combined Experiences

For the deepest transformation I combine yoga with sound baths. 90 minutes where movement and sound strengthen each other for complete nervous system regulation.

My background

My yoga journey didn't begin in a studio, but was born from necessity. After years in marketing left me Exhausted and tense, I desperately needed to find rest. India taught me traditional Hatha yoga, while Nepal deepened my understanding of sound healing.

But the real breakthrough came when I understood: yoga is not just movement, it's nervous system regulation. Through my Somatic Experiencing training I can offer yoga that truly helps with stress and tension.

I teach sessions in 4 different studios around Leuven and notice again and again how people come alive when they experience yoga that goes beyond performance.
