Your nervous system drives more than you think. How you respond to stress, how you find calm, how connected you feel to yourself and others. In this workshop series, you'll learn how that works, and put nervous system regulation into practice.

These workshops are for anyone dealing with stress, burnout, overthinking or overstimulation who's looking for a body-based approach. But also for anyone who simply wants to understand how their nervous system works.

Each workshop focuses on one state of your nervous system. Attend individually, or as a series of three.

Anxiety, overthinking, overstimulation
For the overthinkers and the overachievers. For those who can't switch off, spiral at every deadline, lie awake at 2am or keep the peace by constantly putting themselves last.
WORKSHOP 2
Freeze & burnout
Numbness, fatigue and disconnection
For those who feel empty, flat or shut down. Who operate on autopilot and struggle to feel emotions fully.

Connection and resilience
The ventral system and co-regulation
For those who want to learn what safety feels like in the body. About the state where you feel safe, connected and present, and how to return there again and again.

No. The workshops are educational in nature. You learn how your nervous system works and practise concrete tools. If you have a history of significant trauma, I'd prefer to work with you individually before joining a group workshop.

An individual Somatic Experiencing session is more personal and tailored to your specific situation. The workshops are an accessible entry point: in a small group you learn the fundamentals of nervous system regulation. An individual session of one hour costs on average €75. In one workshop you get three hours for the same price.
