Article 2 — Scope
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to every purchase of digital products (including e-books, guides and workbooks in PDF format) via the website www.medericmindbody.com.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
Article 3 — Product and delivery
The product “Nervous System Guide: From surviving to truly living” is a digital product in PDF format.
After payment, the buyer receives the product as a direct download. There is no physical delivery.
The product is delivered as described on the sales page. The content is exclusively educational in nature.
Article 4 — Price and payment
The price of the product is €30.00 including VAT. This is a one-time purchase.
Payment is processed via the payment methods available on the website (via Stripe). The buyer receives a confirmation email upon successful payment.
Article 5 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (WER), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and their acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
The buyer expressly agrees to this when completing the order. After downloading the product, a refund is therefore not possible.

The product is intended exclusively for the personal use of the buyer. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, resell, publish or share the product in whole or in part with third parties, in any form whatsoever, without the prior written consent of Mederic MindBody.

The content of this product is exclusively educational and informational in nature. It does not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Article 9 — Complaints
For complaints or questions about a purchase, the buyer can contact us at info@medericmindbody.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved mutually, the consumer may contact the Consumer Ombudsman Service (www.consumentenombudsdienst.be) or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Article 10 — Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Leuven, Belgium.
