1. What services do you offer?
I offer a range of healing modalities including:

2. What is Somatic Experiencing?
Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a body-oriented approach to healing trauma and stress-related conditions. It helps restore the body’s natural ability to regulate and feel safe by gently guiding your awareness to physical sensations and inner impulses.
3. What can I expect in a 1-on-1 session?
Each session is tailored to your needs. We may work with:
Breath and body awareness
Gentle movement
Verbal processing
Guided mindfulness
Sound healing instruments (like Tibetan bowls or chimes)
Sessions are safe, trauma-informed, and designed to support your nervous system to settle and integrate.
4. Do I need experience in yoga or mindfulness to work with you?
Not at all. Whether you're a complete beginner or have been practicing for years, sessions are fully adapted to your level and comfort. No flexibility or spiritual background required—just a willingness to explore.
5. Where are you based? Do you work online or in person?
I am currently based in Belgium and offer both in-person sessions and online work via Zoom. Workshops and retreats take place in various locations across Europe.
6. What are your qualifications?
I am a certified yoga teacher, sound healer, and currently in training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and Unified Mindfulness coach. My work is rooted in personal experience, deep listening, and a holistic approach to the body-mind connection.
7. How do I know which modality is right for me?
Feel free to book a free discovery call. We'll explore what you're going through and which practice(s) might be most supportive for where you are right now.
8. Can you work with anxiety, burnout, or early trauma?
While I am not yet a licensed or certified therapist, I offer supportive sessions that are nervous system-informed, based on my ongoing training in Somatic Experiencing and Unified Mindfulness.
My work is not psychotherapy, but can be deeply supportive for those experiencing:
Stress and nervous system overwhelm
Mild anxiety or burnout symptoms
Disconnection from the body
A desire to feel more grounded and present
Sessions include gentle, body-based practices like grounding, breath awareness, mindful movement, sound, and co-regulation—tools that support the body’s natural capacity to self-regulate.
If you are currently in acute distress or trauma recovery, I recommend working with a licensed mental health professional. I am happy to complement that work with body-mind practices that encourage presence and embodiment.
9. Do you offer sessions in English or other languages?
Yes! I work in English and French, and am conversational in Portuguese.
10. How do I book a session or retreat?

11. How much do your sessions cost?

1-on-1 Sessions

12. What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that life happens. You can cancel or reschedule your session free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session are non-refundable, as your time slot has been reserved exclusively for you.
