Hi, I’m Médéric Delvaulx—a Mind-Body guide dedicated to helping others reconnect with their bodies and find deep healing. My own search for peace and balance led me across India, Nepal, and Portugal, where I immersed myself in Somatic experiencing, Hatha yoga, sound therapy and Unified Mindfulness. Blending these practices, I offer a comprehensive approach to well-being—one that restores flow, regulates the nervous system, and brings you back home to yourself.
