My Approach
In our performance-driven world, we often lose touch with our bodies.
Stress, tension, fatigue, and trauma are not just complaints — they are signals your body is trying to send you. In my 1-on-1 somatic sessions, I help you slow down, feel, and learn to listen to those signals again.
Based on my framework, inspired by Somatic Experiencing® and Polyvagal Theory, I guide you step by step:
Activate: I help you notice what’s happening in your body — sensations, emotions, triggers, and tension.
Regulate: Together, we create safety and calm. We use orientation and titration to help settle your nervous system.
Liberate: I support you in making space for discharge and healing. We release stuck energy, old patterns, and limiting beliefs, and welcome new insights.
This is an invitation to move out of survival mode and return home to your body — with more trust, safety and inner calm.
